It’s Monday morning and I’m up early–haha, that means before 11am! There are times I feel the universe is trying to make me a morning person, and I continue to fight it aggressively! Growing up, my parents rationale was to get up early and do all your chores and homework, and then you had the rest of the day to enjoy yourself. Uh huh, whatever! I was still working on my fall cleaning in my art room until 12:30 this morning so I guess that’s early! Ha! I had a wild experience in my cleaning endeavors of the art room the past week. Last Saturday, I washed and reorganized, making things look spiffy (and much less like an art/craft hoarder). Sunday afternoon I went into my art room and in an empty tub that was up off the floor, a caterpillar was stretched out inside. What?!? Where in the world did that come from?!? So, I put him in a plant, and looked up feeding a caterpillar. This weekend, I had just cleaned off my desk and was sitting there working, and I look up, and the same caterpillar is stretched out on my desk that I had literally just wiped down five minutes before! I looked up caterpillar totem, and the message from Spirit is pure potential and having no limitations…just what I needed to hear! It only took me two times to get the message–I love Spirit!
Moving on…it is time to introduce the Flower Fairy Card of the Week! Drum roll please….it is Friendship with the Elephant Ear Plant! It makes me curious of how they decided what flowers mean what…something else for me to research more I guess. I chose this card for this week, because one of my longest and dearest friends, Sarah, celebrated her birthday this past weekend. Tehehe, and I obnoxiously sent her bitmoji reminders throughout the day! Secretly, I know she loves it, she just won’t admit it! If you do not have bitmojis, I highly suggest them–it’s a great way to express yourself, laugh, and be ornery at the same time–which is right up my alley! I am very blessed in my life to have the friends that I do. I know they are there for me, ready to get involved at a moment’s notice for whatever harebrained idea we may have! Well, most would say that it’s my harebrained idea and they just go along with it for support…sure, sure that’s what it is! Ha! The laughter and joy that come from friendship is what stands out for me. Like the time that we started our all day excursion with breakfast at McDonald’s, and as we were leaving, couldn’t figure out why we couldn’t get into the car…until we realized it wasn’t the right car. Of course it was right beside the drive thru so everyone is watching us laugh hysterically. Just those moments when our eyes meet and we don’t have to say a word and know what the other is thinking and burst out laughing. Or the time that I was irritated when someone pulled out in front of me and my friend starts laughing. I looked at her curiously, and she says “Yeah, Miss Laughter Yoga Coach! Remember the road rage exercise?” Oh, it made me laugh! I could go on forever! Blessed that we are when we find souls that jive with ours! Happy Friendships!
