Meditation is known by people sitting cross legged with their eyes closed and fingertips together. But…what is it really??? And then there is the question, “Am I doing this right?” Join us for this enjoyable class where you will learn simple techniques and experience different types of meditation to find ones that work for you (and you don’t have to sit cross-legged!). During the class, you will learn:

*Various forms of Meditation
*Journaling

Your Instructor:
Brooke began studying meditation during her early years as a therapist because it was such a wonderful tool to use with clients struggling with anxiety. Later, during her ministry training, Brooke was intrigued with how meditation was aiding her creative self. She took extensive training, finding to her utter astonishment that silent retreats were absolutely delightful. To this day, she still enjoys the silence. Brooke has over 20 years of experience as a mental health therapist and is very gifted in using her intuition and creativity to teach others. Brooke is sensitive to the different learning styles of people, and uses her humor, creativity, and loving energy to ensure a wonderful learning experience.
